Merry Christmas!

I hope you all had a great Christmas and that Santa brought you everything on your list! We didn't get the big present we are waiting for but we will have to wait until March for that one.

Mike is 35!

Our little Mike is growing up and is 35! Here he is doing his best impression of me. Happy birthday to my baby's daddy!

Slacking

I know that I've been slacking but it's been busy around this time of year. First, here is a belly pic of me in front of the Christmas tree. I think I'm about 24 weeks in this picture and it's not the most flattering. I blame Mike's photo taking skills. Enjoy! I know you love it. Does the tree look small or do I look big? Hmm...

Aries Child/Libra Parent

I found this website that compares the astrology signs of mother's and their babies. Turns out that my son and I completely compatible. He is for sure going to be a Momma's Boy.

Here is what is says about us:

When an Aries child is born to a Libra parent, the inherent polarity of the Zodiac is at its best. Aries and Libra are opposite each other in the Zodiac, 180 degrees apart. Thus, this family relationship is compatible. Each Sign possesses what the other lacks.

When combined with Libra's natural harmony, this is a family partnership of great love, companionship, and balance. The polarity of Aries and Libra can be defined as Self versus Other. This child/parent relationship is so whole and complete that these two individuals can often act as one person. Aries and Libra are perfectly complimentary; impulsive versus indecisive, excitable versus peace-loving, leaping versus languid.

***Mike wanted me to point out one coincidence. Teresa and Thad are also a Libra and an Aries. Hmmm....Anyone else think they are completely compatible?***

I'm Growing a Future Soccer Player!

Oh my goodness! Mike and I were watching tv last night when this commercial came on:

When I went to lay down, the baby kicked me really hard! I couldn't stop laughing because I it was the strongest I've felt yet. Mike even had to tell me to stop laughing so he could feel.

Technical Difficulties

Sorry I haven't posted an ultrasound pic but it's not the easiest pictures to get a copy of. I'm trying to mess with the scanner at work so we'll see if I have any luck.

Anyway, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and didn't get too full. I always thought I was going to be able to eat a lot more when I was pregnant but I really didn't. One thing I found out is that the baby likes Vanilla Wafer pudding! Mmm.....
