Gisele at 9 months

At 9 months, Gisele is all about trying to get around and into everything.  And when I mean everything, I mean Mikey's toys.  Um, yeah.... He's not liking this crawling business too much.

Mikey's smile when to a pout because he was getting a little too crazy!

Mike was trying to help me get her to smile.  I appreciate the help but I told him that he's never going to get a job at Kiddie Kandids.

Sorry about picture quality, between a squirmy baby and using my iphone, it wasn't the best.  My iphone does rock though. I need to learn to use it.

You can see that she has a shiny chin.  It's drool. And there's lots of it. Ew!

Our December so far...

We went to the Zoo Lights.  The kids were kept very warm with a ton of layers and lots of blankets in their new twin stroller. I'm loving this thing. Well as much as you can love a double stroller.  We do have to make sure that Mikey keeps his drinks on his side or Gisele feels free to grab it.

We took some time out to decorate our tree.  It was so fun to see how Mikey would bunch them all in one (low) spot.  I wanted to keep it that way but Senior wouldn't have it. Booo!

And this past weekend we went to Thornton's Winter Fest.  I was so impressed and mad at myself for not going in years past. They had plenty of trees, an ice skating rink, fire pits, a small village with elves making wooden toys (seriously, small people making toys), ice sculptures and plenty of food vendors.

All bundled up, once again.  She didn't mind one bit.

I did mention there was food right? The curly tators with cheese were BOMB!  Anyone notice the fried butter? And yes, those are turkey legs on the grill in the background.

Yup, Fried Butter.

Disappointed we didn't try the Fried Oreos. I love Oreos.

Mike acted like he saw a celebrity when he saw the Grinch. Had to have a picture!

Gisele must have been very comfortable and warm, it's not often this little one just falls asleep so easily for us.

This little man really enjoyed every part of the Festival.

And lastly, you'll be proud to know that Mikey is the newest team member of the Colorado Avalanche. Ha!  This was at the Pepsi Center before Toy Story 3 on Ice.  It was Mikey's special surprise for finally taking potty training and kicking it's butt!  I'm so proud of him.

Phew! It's been a very crazy month and we are only half way through.

8 Months Old

Oh my Sweet! 8 months old and sitting like a total pro.  At this point she wasn't really moving around on her own but she was giving her exersaucer a run for it's money.  I had to work quick with this picture.  She wasn't having the regular 20 poses I put her in with various props. I'm sure this will only get worse.

Halloween

Again, everyone is over Halloween but how cute are my kids? It's just too much.

Pumpkin Patch Time!

Ok, I know since I'm so behind on my blogging that pumpkin patch seem so long ago but, here we are. It's so fun to see how different Mikey is every year we do things like this with him.  I remember him barely being able to sit up along side a pumpkin and this year he picked his own pumpkin, rode a pony, bounced in the jumpy castle and slid down the huge slide.

Basically impossible to get a picture of these two looking at the camera. I'm over posing them. It never works out.   They are still super cute though!

 Our little family!

I teared up watching him ride the pony.  I was there waiting for him to reach for me.  Which he did, for about a second and then changed his mind and decided to have fun. I don't know if I was emotional because he was riding a pony on his own or if it was watching him decide he didn't need me.  I'm pretty sure it was all of the above.

Family fun - White Fence Farm

We always love going to White Fence Farm with the kids. You know, all those two times we've been there. But seriously, it's good food and tons of things for the kids to see and do.

Nathan is always Mr Adventure but with caution.  It was funny to see how he got closer and closer to the animals.

The height difference between these two seems to be less and less.  Until Isaiah has another growth spurt and he's a foot taller than Mikey again.

7 months old

How can this be? I'm so far behind on this blogging stuff and I see this picture taken of Gisele at 7 months. She's now 9 months!! This is going way too fast. Having two babies makes this all go too fast.
How sweet is my Sweet?
