Our December so far...

We went to the Zoo Lights.  The kids were kept very warm with a ton of layers and lots of blankets in their new twin stroller. I'm loving this thing. Well as much as you can love a double stroller.  We do have to make sure that Mikey keeps his drinks on his side or Gisele feels free to grab it.

We took some time out to decorate our tree.  It was so fun to see how Mikey would bunch them all in one (low) spot.  I wanted to keep it that way but Senior wouldn't have it. Booo!

And this past weekend we went to Thornton's Winter Fest.  I was so impressed and mad at myself for not going in years past. They had plenty of trees, an ice skating rink, fire pits, a small village with elves making wooden toys (seriously, small people making toys), ice sculptures and plenty of food vendors.

All bundled up, once again.  She didn't mind one bit.

I did mention there was food right? The curly tators with cheese were BOMB!  Anyone notice the fried butter? And yes, those are turkey legs on the grill in the background.

Yup, Fried Butter.

Disappointed we didn't try the Fried Oreos. I love Oreos.

Mike acted like he saw a celebrity when he saw the Grinch. Had to have a picture!

Gisele must have been very comfortable and warm, it's not often this little one just falls asleep so easily for us.

This little man really enjoyed every part of the Festival.

And lastly, you'll be proud to know that Mikey is the newest team member of the Colorado Avalanche. Ha!  This was at the Pepsi Center before Toy Story 3 on Ice.  It was Mikey's special surprise for finally taking potty training and kicking it's butt!  I'm so proud of him.

Phew! It's been a very crazy month and we are only half way through.
